Story behind the art:

I developed my first “Block Landscapes” a few years ago with the I WILL SING collection, which was named as an anthem for perseverance and joy despite circumstances. These acrylic paintings interpret landscapes in bold blocks of color, emphasizing the emotion, movement, and peace of the natural views.

Framing suggestion:

This piece will work beautifully in a 15x19-inch or 16x20-inch frame, leaving room for the deckled edges to be seen. At the framers, you might request a “float mount” so the painting “floats” on top of a white or ivory mat. You can also create this same look on your own by purchasing the frame and mat separately and resting the painting on top of the mat, under the glass.
